- High niacin consumption (like in SSBs) increases risk of CVD and hyperglycemia: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0303720715000404

- High nicotine input may decrease T level: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3713576/
- Chronic involontary loneliness may promote transgenderism and chronic substance-use disorders in youths. Therefore medical sex change interventions before the age of sexual maturity are serious medical error that may cause hormonal disregulation, leading to long-term physical and mental problems.
- Physicians must not act based on preconceptions but use mathematical reasoning to fully understand the pathological effects of transgenderism on human physiology! In contrast, the brain of a healthy adult male is more experienced, therefore hormonal and reproductive functions are mature and working in equilibrium with mental affect, thus limiting risk of unexpected physiological side-effects. https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamanetworkopen/fullarticle/2775924
- Reminder: Experimental medecine principles states that investigators must never cause harm and always think about the possible pathological effects/consequences when doing experiments on live human subjects (Bernard, 1865). Therefore, any live experiments on human beings including hormonal therapy and sex-change surgery are considered harmful and nonscientific, as they can readily degrade or harm human physiology including brain functions. Hence sex change interventions should be allowed to adults patients only and strictly forbidden to minors for medical reasons.
- Abstinence: There is limited data about the effects of "abstinence" in the litterature however the effects of sperm retention (SR) on testosterone function (T) may require additional research and is prospective therapy for male infertility. In short, endogenous testosterone production may affect multiple organs and is primarly produced by human testis. Longer sperm retention periods appears to improve T function and distribution to peripheral organs in males. The effect of sperm retention on PG synthesis requires more study.
