Objectives

Notes

1. Magnesium upper intake limit : 500 mg / day

2. L-Theanine source: Green Tea extracts (3-4 cups per day)

3. Zinc/Magnesium appears to regulate many sleep related parameters.

5. Tobacco smoking is the primary source of Cadmium (Cd) exposure, a causal factor of immune-mediated skin inflammation (psoriasis).

6. Chronic Cd exposure may disrupt sleep architecture and promote sleep fragmentation.

7. Selenium, Magnesium and Zinc supplementation may reduce Cd-mediated oxidative stress.
